Under limitedsupervision, performs a wide variety of standard and advanced administrativefunctions in support of staff. Candidatewill follow complex directions carefully. Candidate will have a pleasantdemeanor; be a good listener, and have ability to work both independently andon teams.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

* Answer multiple-line telephone, assist visitors andstaff, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, order/maintain supplies,and handle shipping/receiving of mail and packages. Take initiative to observeand resolve problems with day-to-day administrative functions.

* Responsible for editing, formatting, proofreading, andprinting detailed engineering and environmental documents, tables, andcreating/bookmarking pdf files.

* Order and maintain coffee supplies and machines, sodamachines, put milk away to four kitchens, and keep kitchen areas clean and stocked.Set up chairs and projector for lunch room meetings.

* Reproduction and Scanning:
Responsible for copying &scanning, collating, binding, and distributing all project, proposal, forms,and correspondence material. Will include moving, transporting and re-shelvingreports and updating files. Workcollaboratively with the assigned supervisor to ensure that records anddocuments are filed and maintained in accordance with established policies andprocedures.

* Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal andwritten communications skills. Ask questionsfor clarification from staff to ensure high quality work product.

* Demonstrate strong time management skills, proven abilityto stick to and meet deadline schedules, and ability to handle multiplecompeting priorities.

* Model a high level of accountability and personalintegrity; able to communicate across the organization openly and withrespect.

* Candidates must be proficient in MS Office includingWord, Excel, and Outlook and having advanced skills with Adobe Acrobat is a plus.Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills required, as well asoutstanding verbal and written communication skills.

* Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent,advanced training including A.S. or B.S. degree preferred. At least 2+ years ofoffice experience, willing to work occasional overtime.

* Ability to multi-task, strong work ethic, and desire to learn.

* Ability to lift 25 lbs.
